Everything is happening so fast!

Guess who is almost a month old? She is still super sweet and an easy going baby. How'd I get so lucky? Yesterday we had a small celebration for Kira because she turned 10!

She is having some friends over this weekend for a little party but last night we had Olive Garden for dinner and Dairy Queen for dessert (how will I ever shed this baby weight)?

I could say that it was a long, tough labor and she arrived in this world on a cold winter's night but in all reality it was a scheduled C-section that took about 30 minutes. The recovery is the tough part. Kennedy Rose was 8lbs. 12oz. and 21 and 1/2 inches long. She was born at 7:31am on December 7th and we almost decided on Pearl as a middle name in honor of the day but at the last second decided on Rose instead. The other kids have been fantastic with her and Kash has not even expressed much jealousy yet.
